This was the first pair of DVS shoes that I've bought, but will not be the last. Width runs between a regular and wide. Quite possibly the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Also, my first order from Zappos, they had them to my door in 2 days. Nice!

DO NOT BUY THIS SHOE! My 14-year old picked these out on Zappos they are similar in style to the Nike skate shoes he normally wears, but a brand that we've never purchased before (DVS). They arrived in good shape and were good-looking. BUT, within 2 days the rubber sole was separating from the upper. The quality is ridiculously poor. Normally, my son can wear a pair of sneakers for a few months before they start to fall apart. This shoe is NOT well-made and I will never buy a DVS shoe again. A complete waste of money.

Very comfortable shoe, I would recommend this shoe to anyone. The only thing that needs to be fix is the bottom of the shoe. The trim around the bottom fell apart so at that time my foot went through it that's the only thing that need to get fix, but other then that I enjoyed the shoe while it lasted.

The best pair of shoes I've ever owned. They're hard as a mf and look real fresh and every step I take has the lace holes jingling like spurs. These are the escalades of shoes.

Disappointed. I typically wear a 10.5 and based on the reviews of others stating that these slippers ran large, I went with a size 10. Fit was very snug and uncomfortable, and my heals pop out of them as I walk. I am returning.

These boots are sweet. Very light, and wear like a sneaker and fit well. I wear an 11.5 and they fit well. You could double up socks and likely you will have enough room. The laces draw in the shoe to tighten up so they are not tight fitting, you have some room. It is comfortable though and the boot really moves with your foot, very flexible. I would say these are more stylish than anything else. I got the gray color which comes with orange laces and a spare black pair. I'm going with the orange, they make the orange sticking in the sole pop. FYI, for those people who think the laces are too long, they are not, you are supposed to double lace them. Do not just criss cross up the boot through the eyelets like you would do with a normal shoe. Go side to side twice, then criss cross up each row, then repeat. This gives you the perfect length of lace AND it keeps the laces in place. If you do not lace this way, the laces are super loose and you'll spend more time than needed tying your shoe every time you put them on, and you'll have 10" of lace left over. Trust me on this one. PS. The photo of the boot does not show this. As far as cold weather goes, other than the neoprene sleeve that your foot fits into, the boot is not very insulated. The sleeve fits around your ankle and upper part of your foot, but not your lower foot or toes. I'm not sure if this can be really considered insulation, but it is an added layer of padding. The part where you really need insulation is at your toes, so I would double up with some warm wool socks. Again, this is subjective, depending on what you are wearing these to do and how cold it really is. All i know is that when it's 10 degrees, and you are out for 3 hours, you are likely going to need very warm socks. The nubuck/suede is super soft and flexible and you definitely are going to need to spray them with a kiwi or scotch-guard suede protector.

I ordered this shoe about a week ago and it got here in good timing, about 2-3 days, so I was pleased with that. I like the shoe, like the look and it's been great wearing out. I needed something like a boot but didn't want to go spend a lot for a nice pair of boots. These will work fine for where I live at. I find it a little uncomfortable standing on them for a long period of time but I can get over it. Though I'm sure you could buy soles or something.

Great look. Feels true to size. I usually go for Etnies, but this is the next best thing. Comfortable and you can't beat the price!

I purchased these boots for my son who is a student in Philadelphia. With a particularly snowy and cold winter he reports that these boots have excellent traction and keep his feet protected from the elements. He is normally a size 12 and his foot runs wide but the 12D-Medium were fine.

Super comfortable. Yellow laces add a little "pop" to the overall look. Massive padded tongue and surrounding areas.

My son has been wearing these sneakers for years. They fit well and are comfortable. They're low on arch support which is great because my son has very flat feet. These are great!

The biggest problem by far is how these slippers squeak on wood or laminate floors. They feel like they have something sticky on the bottom of them. I tried cleaning them and even a light sanding, but that did not help. On carpet and outside, they are fine. I found them a bit tight, but expect that they will stretch. I am going to use them in the RV. They will be great at keeping sand and dirt out as they have a more shoe-like fit than most slippers.

With all the snow and ice we have been getting here in the Northeast, I needed a boot that was warm and waterproof. This DVS does the trick. Love the look too. The green laces that come with the shoes is a cool alternative. And as always, Zappos delivery was quick.

I bought these as a gift for my brother. He said he loves them and they fit exactly like all his others that he bought from this brand.

I bought these for my brother. He is a DVS fan for many years. He took them out of the box, but them on, said how comfortable they were to wear, and that was it. True to size, perfect picture, great suede feel to them.

My 3rd pair of DVS - always seem to last ages. Good quality and nice looks. If anything a little narrow across the ball of my foot but that's about normal for me.

Definitely get them a 1/2 size to a full size bigger. Other than that these shoes are high quality as far as I can tell.

Husband has very short, wide feet and it is difficult to find shoes for him (Mens 5W - are ya feelin' my pain?). Bought these slippers for Christmas and he absolutely loves them. Home run!

For slippers I thought these were heavy. They fit too snug and I did not like the feel of them on my feet. Perhaps I could have gotten used to them but I did not like the weight.
